How to Solve the Problem that Continuous Refrigerating When Truck Stops for Uploading ?

For some refrigerated trucks that may need to upload cargoes frequently, so how to solve the problems that for lasting freezing cargoes when the truck refer unit is off ? Here are some solutions for your reference.


 

Solutions 1: Add an Electric Standby System for Your Truck Reefer Unit

For most of KingClima  truck reefer unit, we can provide the optional solutions for customers to choose whether need to add an electric standby system. If customers need to upload cargoes frequently, we always recommend to add electric standby system. It can connect with outside 220V power source.

The disadvantages are that customers have to find a place that have a power source connection. And also, to install an standby system, it is not very convenient that have to install compressor compared with the integrated electric standby refrigeration unit.
 

Solutions 2: Choose Integrated Electric Standby Refrigeration Unit

It is similar with adding an external electric standby system. The difference is that the standby is integrated with truck mounted refrigeration units. So choose the electric standby refrigeration unit is more easy that do not need to consider the compressor matters. But it still needs a place that can provide outside power source.

Solutions 3: Choose Diesel Engine Truck Mounted Refrigeration Units

For the solution 3, we recommend to use the diesel engine truck mounted refrigeration units. It has an independent system to provide electricity for truck refrigeration units for continuous freezing cargoes.
