This time we provided the Live Seafood Transport Solution by Truck Refrigeration Units for our Asian customers. They are engaged in fish and Seafood Transportation. The customer's truck is 9 square meters and the temperature requirement is 0 degrees. Used for transporting live fish.



What we recommend to our customers is our smallest direct drive chiller unit K-260C Truck Refrigeration Units, R134A refrigerant, cooling capacity 1700W, the temperature inside the box can reach -5℃ ~ +15℃. DC12V/24V is optional. For of 5~10m³trucks box.

The K-260C box truck reefer units also have the following characteristics:

- The units with CPR valve will better protect compressors, especially in extremely hot or cold place.

For transport refrigeration systems, compressor reliability directly affects the safety of temperature-sensitive goods during transportation.

Unlike stationary refrigeration systems, truck refrigeration units and van refrigeration units often operate under challenging conditions, including frequent startup, changing ambient temperatures, long operating hours, and variable cooling loads.

During startup, the evaporator pressure can rise rapidly, causing higher suction pressure and increased compressor load. If this pressure is not properly controlled, the compressor may experience overload, excessive current consumption, and reduced service life.

To solve this problem, many refrigeration systems use a Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) with Maximum Operating Pressure (MOP) function.
