KINGCLIMA meets your different needs for cold chain transportation
Recently, we have two refrigerated electric tricycles and fuel tricycles transaction cases worth sharing, they are clients from Africa and South Asia.
Last month, we exported a batch of refrigerated electric tricycles and fuel tricycles with refrigeration units, refrigerated boxes, and solar panels on the top. A complete set of refrigerated tricycle solutions was exported to African customers.
Tricycles description:
The sizes of the tricycles are mainly two types: 1.5*1*1M and 1.8*1.2*1.2m. The inner and outer skins are colored steel plates with a thickness of 80MM. They are equipped with DC60V75A lead-acid batteries and can work for 6-8 hours after a full charge. The top of the box is equipped with solar panels to assist in charging the battery. Because solar panels are very popular in Africa and the cost is relatively low, customers prefer practical solar panels to assist in charging the battery and then drive the refrigeration unit to work.
Tricycles application:
The bottom of the box can be fixed to the base plate with bolts, and the solar panel on the top can be made detachable. During transportation, the solar panel can be removed to reduce the volume and save shipping costs.
Customers mainly use the last mile delivery to transport ice, vegetables, fruits or frozen meat. The temperature of our refrigeration unit can be freely adjusted from -20 to +10 degrees Celsius, and the battery can be lead-acid battery or lithium battery.
We customize dual temperature zones for customers, with an insulation board with a fan in the middle to separate the two temperature zones. The front freezing zone can reach -20 degrees Celsius, and the temperature of the rear fresh-keeping zone can reach -5 to +10 degrees Celsius.
Besides, we have another transaction case. The customer is from Southeast Asia. His car is a fuel tricycle with a compartment of 2.2X1.5X1.2m. 4 square meters. The voltage of the tricycle is 12v. The temperature is required to be 0 to +5°C, and dairy products are transported.
After asking the customer, there is no generator on the customer's tricycle. The tricycle is driven by the engine and needs to be installed with a engine drive refrigeration unit. After negotiation, we recommended our V-200C cooling unit to the customer, but our unit power is 300-400W, and the customer's engine is only 200cc, which may slightly affect the speed of the tricycle. The customer replied that there is no problem and the tricycle will not pass the slope.
We told the customer that the compressor needs to be installed next to the engine, and the compressor needs to be connected to the engine pulley to get power from the engine to drive the compressor. Finally, we installed the compressor here:
The customer uses the unit for 4-6 hours a day. There is a 12V48AH battery in the tricycle. After calculation, we told the customer that a 150AH battery should be installed in the tricycle to ensure that the unit can be used for 4-6 hours a day. The customer said yes. After the customer received our first test sample, it passed the test quickly. This time, the customer placed an order for 6 sets of V-200C refrigerator.
This is a customized solution for a special customer. V-200C is mostly installed on small vans to keep the goods fresh.
Customized solutions, KINGCLIMA can meet your different needs for cold chain transportation.
